Virtual Ustad Academy was established in 2022 with a vision to provide quality online education to students across the globe. Our platform connects students with expert male and female tutors for academic subjects, languages, and Quranic studies — all from the comfort of home.

We believe in breaking traditional classroom boundaries and bringing expert tutors directly into students' homes. Our flexible schedules, customized learning plans, and supportive environment ensure every student gets the attention they deserve.

Saeed Khan

MS Mathematics | Honorary Director | Educator

I am Saeed Khan, Founder & CEO of Virtual Ustad Academy, established in 2022 with the mission of providing quality, flexible, and personalized online education to students in Pakistan and internationally.

Currently, I am serving as Academic Coordinator for Board Classes across 12 campuses of Sir Syed School & College, overseeing curriculum planning, syllabus coverage, teacher coordination, academic standards, and board-class academic affairs.

I also serve as Honorary Director of Knowledge Grammar School, where I contribute to course and curriculum design, worksheets, academic planning, learning environment, and overall educational development.

With experience in teaching, academic coordination, curriculum development, and institutional leadership, my vision is to bridge traditional and digital learning through quality education, innovation, and student-focused solutions.

Maryum Khan

Administration & Operations

Maryum Khan serves as the Admin of Virtual Ustad Academy, overseeing daily academic operations, class scheduling, free trial classes, and coordination between students, teachers, and parents.

She also manages missed and rescheduled classes, ensuring continuity of learning and smooth academy operations.

Farhana Khan

Academic Monitoring & Parent Coordination

Farhana Khan manages the weekly academic reporting system at Virtual Ustad Academy. She ensures timely weekly assessments, compiles student performance reports, and keeps parents informed about progress, attendance, and areas for improvement.

She also conducts monthly Zoom meetings with parents to discuss student performance and maintain effective communication between parents and the academy.

Ms. Tehreem

Administration & Operations

Ms. Tehreem manages the overall reports of teachers and ensures that all reports are properly maintained.

She manages and updates the attendance records of teachers and students on a regular basis.

She monitors the timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports from teachers.

She ensures that all academic and administrative records are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
